Just Clarified the situation!!

Don't you wish you could have obtained a comprehensive document re the law regarding land and property before you bought!! even if you did have to get it translated!!

But Then they have changed the rules so many times the Document would have been worthless!!

Although we were not here in 1984 as most of us I suppose, your casa or casita may have been!! and there may be a mention of the date of construction in your Esquitura, worth checking so see if the building was constructed before 1984!!
