HI. Ours was built in 1997 and is registered as a Masia,but because we didnt legally reform we do not require a cedular, according to the land registry,the problem there is a new buyer could not get a mortgage, there were two fincas in Gandesa that acquired a cedula two years ago, one was built on a footprint and the other was vastly extended from a small building, both got cedulas and  both were sold with a mortgages.
Where do they get the year 1984 from, big brother comes to mind.
