I don't think it is exactly Fantastic news!! Especially not for some!!

It is only up to date information!!

It now depends on the instructions given to the Local Alcaldes and how they interpret them!!

" Generalitat dept Habitatge  will have a meeting with town halls   and will give them a model  of certificate for them to fill in when somebody applies for a certificate in views of  getting a cedula. This certificate will be the same for all town halls . It will be ready by the end of June  beginning of July." (Which Means nothing will happen till September summer Hols and all.)

Plus someone was telling me that they had read a report in a local newspaper that the Habitatge in Tortosa already has a backlog of 800 applications awaiting a decision!!

It will be interesting to see what the form requires as criteria for Success or worse still Failiure
