If it goes unanswered a recording asks the caller to leave a message. I have had several,so I've been told; my problem is finding out how to open the box and also to change the Americam voiced recording. I've emailed the company via their website to ask, but they haven't answered.....probably because they're a telecommunications company perhaps?
