Does anybody know the requirements for  CHE registration for motor boats using the Ebro. I know the fines for non registration can be quite high and ignorance is not an acceptable excuse. I understand that different registration is allocated for different parts of the Ebro but where can we find out which zone we can or cannot use a boat once registered ? :-?
