Boat owners should be aware that CHE have opened a new office in Tortosa & purchased 3 new boats & crew in order to enforce these regulations, due to some drunken eastern european idiots who overloaded their boat (uninsured!!) resulting in fatalities.
Instead of excepting their tragic loss the idiots decided to sue CHE for not enforcing the regulations!!!!, you couldn't make it up.
