Try this, it's superb...
Try it with pate on toast.

Recipe....
2kg of ripe but not over ripe figs
1.5kg sugar and juice of four Lemons
or
2kg sugar and juice of three lemons
1 litre water
cinnamon to taste 1 teaspoon up to 1 tablespoon
optional
grated lemon rind helps with a little zap to the taste.

This Jam sets quite easily.

It can be chopped up by hand or blitzed in the processor.

You cant be dissapointed.....
