I think that the titling is incorrect here as JSA or the Dole is not mentioned in the report.  As a former adviser in the Jobcentre I can confirm that claimants have to be available at short notice and also have to sign on once a fortnight.  If going on holiday they still have to be available and leave a contact address.  I think that the ones who are fiddling the system whilst abroad are those claiming such benefits as disability as they only need to be available once every 6 months for assessment by the DWP doctors.

You mean they have to leave their heavy building work...Dust off their walking sticks and get back into character as the crippled disabled impoverished soul ???
