This makes a nice refreshing drink either with water, or Gaseosa,
6 lemons
6oz. granulated sugar
2 and a half pints of boiling water
Wash lemons. Put the juice and zest in large container.
Add sugar and boiling water. Stir.
Cover and leave overnight.
The next day, stir, strain and bottle.
