Extending your home that is legal without planning is fine if done by an honest qualified builder or indeed yourself if you have such skills.I still think the work should be inspected and approved with regards safety.Lowering VAT or IVA to 5% would assist the construction industry.

The Campo is awash with enough illegal builds without adding to their square footage. Planning can be a pain but it can also mean safe......(In the UK anyway) What no damp course ? Do not worry mate it never rains in Spain....Great ...Here is the cash then mate...Thanks mate No IVA here what what.

You will also bring back from the UK all those "Builders" that in a former life were unemployable and who reinvented themselves when arriving in Spain as Master Builders. I do not think so.There is so much unused/unfinished housing stock in Spain it would take ten years to sell the back log..... Hand out from the ECB anyone..."Ay-Thang-Yaw"  ;D

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

....Harder to find than Rocking Horse Manure, Hens Teeth and Unicorn Steak
