If anyone is looking for a good architect and builder we can highly recommend Xavi Medina and Raul Artiola. Xavi came up with a wonderful redesign for our tumbledown casita near Tivissa. He proved flexible in accommodating our changing wishes and helping us achieve what we wanted within our very limited budget. He understands the local bureaucracy and procedures, rules and regulations. He speaks good English. Raul is a first class builder who prides himself on doing very high quality work and is very professional in everything he does. Both of them are very prompt, get stuck in, answer emails the next day and do things when they say they will. They have been a pleasure to do business with and we are immensely pleased with what they have done for us.
