Can someone tell me whether or not a non-resident house owner is allowed to buy a Spanish registered car ?

hi pat we did in 2004 and another in 2007 with our nie and the next one as a resident in 2011 thay were all brand new cars from a garage u need a form from your town hall to show you are a house owner here to buy one , hope this helps .

You can buy a Spanish registred car as long as you have an an NIE number
