You must remember this is Spain and not the UK. Estate Agents in the uk charge 2-3%. Here the charge 20-30% which is the norm. Quite right, be very careful of what you are saying. Do not spread rumors on this website. lf you have proof, here in Spain, we denounce them and let the law take it's course.
