I think I am right in thinking that you are talking about the posts re ferring to  estate agents?
No names had been mentioned at first. So we found no need to delete the post.
But when you stated names it spiralled from there.
That person spoke with Nigel and then joined the Forum themselves and wrote their own comments, on the subject.

Sorry but we can't please everyone, all of the time.
Apart from that Nigel is out working every day, so is unable to check posts and threads as they are written.
I don't sit on here all day every day either.
But if in doubt about things, I usually contact Nigel for his advice.
I think the majority of people are happy with this Forum and find it helpful and interesting, and that's what it's all about.
Along with our members we also have plenty of visitors
viewing every day.
