UK. INC. family of course. With the sale of these two brands the significant net profit on 600 Million pounds pa. will be winging its way to Japan instead to the UK where it would create investment returns, jobs and taxes for the benefit of the UK public. :)

Knowing KSK, l don't think they would sell a brand unless their projection of the profits was in the decline.

You maybe right Bob, but I guarantee you that Suntory would not pay megabucks if they did not know the profits were going up. :)
