Can't say that I've had any experience of him personally but I was present when he did an energy and cedular at a friends place recently and he seemed to be very efficient. The technico refused one or the other because there wasn't an extractor fan for the cooker and vents in the door for the gas fridge. He is a lot cheaper perhaps by 200e than someone else I know.
