Have you thought about looking on the *workaway* sites you just provide room and board, it works for us and you get to meet some really nice people  willing to work whilst they travel the world.

If your one of those who has to give every detail of their shallow lives look here....https://www.facebook.com/pages/Wwoof-Spain/173052142760357

Friends of ours have invited "Woofers" for a number of years to work on their home/land and has met people from all walks of life and different parts of the world. For the most part it has been a rewarding experience on both sides. Many were professional people both young and old who just wanted a change others were students. They were given free board and lodgings and got a cash gift at the end of their stay.

With regards other type of paid labour I pay fifty Euro a day and had a full days work from the Romanians the one's I have had I can not fault. I also did not "Lose" as much as a screwdriver in their time with me.Most British workers would be left standing in their wake. The fifty Euro rate appears to be the norm however I am sure I will be told otherwise.  ::)

Woofers hmmmmm They tried to make it a "Cottage" industry   :-X
