If anyone's interested, ISS will pass dirctly overhead tonight rising in the SW at 19:32, overhead at 19:35 and disappearing in the NE at 19:37 (cloud permitting).

you can sign up for alerts.also. Location look up tells you when and where to see the ISS

I use Heavens Above which is fine but it doesn't have alerts at far as I'm aware.
As it turns out it was disappointing tonight due to cloud cover.  Only saw it rising briefly at about 20 deg elevation as it passed a break in the cloud.
