I've just recently moved to the Tortosa area and needed a dentist recently as I had bad toothache. I went to the dentist Ritaratbag mentioned Dra. Marquez near Lidl's in Tortosa and he pulled the tooth for me for 80 euros. He spoke English and he and his colleagues were very good. Their phone number is 977504124. :)
