Title: Overnight stay at Clinica Terres de l'Ebre Post by Sherlock on Mar 12th, 2014 at 1:04pm
Has anyone stayed overnight at this clinic (aka the Allianca) near the sports stadium and Mercadona? Just wondering what treatment to expect when I go in for an op next week ... any info gratefully received!

Having spent 16 weeks in hospital here I suggest earplugs to drown the constant noise of visitors & loud speaking nurses!(or is it just all Spaniards) Some eyepads too!

Thanks for all the info and PMs, I'm now feeling considerably more relaxed and just need to hear that I'll get a general anaesthetic rather than the epidural which has been mentioned.

I had to go in for an overnight stay for an op with an epidural. I was terrified as I hate needles at the best of times. Turned out to be nothing and certainly nothing to worry about. Good luck.
