I just want tot take the opportunity to introduce myself to the members of the forum. I've been visiting the forum for a number of times and found it to be very useful.
The name is Anco, I am Dutch and (after about five years of research) I'm in the process of buying a rural property in the mountains close to Tortosa.

So far the forum has been a valuable source of information for me, so I thought it time to start contributing to the forum in return.
