Madrid and Tenerife airports strike from 15th - 17th Aug.
Some other airports in Spain on strike, on different dates, not given yet.

Are these different from the proposed ATC strikes on the following dates?

"The controllers, who believe a proposed change in the law would limit their rights, are planning strikes for the 1st, 7th, 15th, 23rd and 31st of both July and August."

This is the only info I can find, and it's from the Daily Mail ::) Where did you hear/read about this Rita? I'm travelling to the UK next Tuesday for a week so I'd be interested to know in advance what disruptions are proposed. Thanks.

Nothing to do with Air traffic controllers, this time.
Staff within Madrid and Tenerife airports are striking.
No updates about other Spanish airports at present.

Find out all about what strikes are on and just called off etc and how they will effect your travel arrangements.
