You should have been in the Girona area last week. It was torrential and coming over walls like waterfalls. No problem with water in that area! |

Weatherbug gets it right again.Dogs have come in the house 5 mins later followed by Thunder and Rain and DARKNESS.... :(

Don't need to water the garden again today.
Wonder if other dry areas of Spain have had some rain at last. Some parts hadn't had any since Christmas. Cooled down a lot now too, much more comfortable. Forecast a nicer day tomorrow, for us all. |

If you intend making a long journey over the next 24 hours, best to check first.
Several roads have been closed due to flooding in Catalunya, around Figueres, Costa Brava, and Lleida. |

Last weekends haul took the rain here to 560mm for the year to date.
Read somewhere that the annual average is 500mm so pretty much spot on. |
