Title: Spanish terrestrial TV channels moving
Post by Nigel on Oct 19th, 2014 at 10:28am
If you watch Spanish TV then at some point between 26th October and 31st December you should re-scan the TV channels. To free some of the spectrum for mobile 4G networks there is going to be a re-shuffel of the channels onto new frequencies.

The channels will continue to be broadcast on the existing and new frequencies until 31st December and then the old frequency transmissions will be switched off.

I've lost many of my channels already and re tuning doesn't bring them back so unless anyone has any suggestions as to why, how etc.  I shall have to take mine into the repair shop for tuning to see whether they can do it >:(

Is it your own aerial or is it a communal aerial? What área are you? They are still transmitting in both frequencies so you shouldn't have a problema yet.

Try a first time install rather than an update.
