Are you sure you need an electrician to make a claim?  We've claimed twice for lightning strikes, the first included structural damage to the roof as well as nearly all the eleckie items throughout the house getting fried.  We got the presupuestos ready for the assessor and all went through without a hitch.  Good luck/
