I have replaced 3 of them with Euronasat. A few comments from customers who had Quantis:

Quantis is the lemon you suggested it was!

I have just been told by Quantis they will charge 900 euros if I cancel the service and although I was told they guarantee 80% speed and 80% up time by Fortec, which quantis is saying is rubbish as they have no guarantees and the service although at 1mb in afternoon and evening speeds are normal to be around 300k!

If you come across anyone else thinking of using quantis let them know of the hidden catch of crap speed when you actually want to use it! Or even point them in my direction and I will warn them.

I'm having a hard time With quantis, its very unreliable solution, they mostly only offer 0.1- 0.3 Mb download

And upload is just not working.

I'm very pleased that my Eurona WiMaX is back to normal. Getting 3Mbps steady. Eurona will only guarantee me 1Mbps and charge me accordingly, €18 per month but we have always had 3Mbps.
Our friends on Iberbanda are paying €70 per month although that includes phone. We use Voiptalk on our smartphones to get UK phone numbers and cheap calls.

A bit off-topic but I've realised that it is cheaper to use my Spanish mobile in the UK than my UK  one!! EU  roaming charge caps keep calls to 20c on the Spanish phone while EE want 40p per minute! How daft is that?

Eurona internet over the last 3 weeks has been crap. It is so slow. Thinking of changing to another provider as we have rung them and they are no help at all. At least the phone works!!

I have been using Ebrecom since I cancelled Iberbanda in the summer. They claim its a 20 mbps service although when they did a test for us said we were on the edge of their reception area.  Using speedtest.net we get up to 20 and rarely less than 5 mbps.  We have had one afternoon since the summer with no signal.  All for 20 euros per month.

Is that unlimited ? or so many gigabytes a month.  :)
