Anyone have an email address for this branch ? They have "frozen" my account again, this time they want "documents to verify my professional activity" - no idea what this may be....

I think it's to do with the money laundering laws in that Banks have to keep your ID current. I was sent a similar request a few months ago, same bank different branch. I just took in my passport and they copied it and that was that. Just see the personnel banker in branch they deal with these enqs. ;)

Thanks Bunter. Yes, I am sure it is the money laundering issue. I took my passport in in Sept, signed a form or two and all was well, however I now have another letter asking for more info and was trying to avoid another long phone call to the branch ( as I am in UK ). I used to have the email address for the previous assistant manager but he has moved on, hence trying to get an email address for the branch.
