Very reliable is Tunnelbear. You can try it for free for I think 7 days to see if it's for you. I use this on ipad air and Samsung tab s with good effect re netflix and iplayer etc. I have an old desktop computer with windows 7 and it works fine on that also.You can have a free version but it is limited to 500 mbs a month. The monthly unlimited version is $4.99 about 3 Euro odd per month. Like everything there are good and not so good reviews of everything on the internet. Here is a review which gives you details of how it works and the encryption they use. Tunnelbear also have a sense of humour which appeals.For the monthly fee you can use it on up to 3 devices for that single fee of $4.99.

I have tried a lot of others and imho tunnlebear was the easiest and best for me.

I've used tunelbear's free package for about a month and been pretty satisfied with it. It offers many great possibilities. I really like that it still provides access to Netflix. But I've found it here
