Assume you have a rural property of 55 - 60m², not higher than 5 meters and you use it only for holidays/ work on the land.
Will this new law make it more easy to legalize existing rural properties up to 60m²? What if the existing building is 70m² or more? For new buildings, I can imagine that this law will tell you what is possible and what not. But what will the authorities do with existing properties? |
