My son just used this this morning. First bus in the morning. Made it as last to board plane, due to connection from T1 to T2 and got a cab instead. It arrived on time and was a smooth journey although booking was impossible. Tried online over and over and on phone where they hung up every time we called so had to pay on the bus. (is this a way perhaps that they are ensuring you can't get the return??) Anyway so far so good. He returns on Thursday so will let you know how it goes.
