We have tended and harvested our own olives for the first time this year, they used to be looked after by a local guy. I have had the olives pressed and am really pleased with the quality of the oil but have too much just for personal use. Does anyone know if we would be able to sell any of it to a local co-operative or something ? I have read on the blog about Sol D'Ebre and will go there next year but suggestions for this years oil would be welcome.
