Title: When to sow seeds
Post by Ticallion on Apr 2nd, 2016 at 10:00am
Hi
Does anyone have a good planting calander for this region?
I have a mix of vegetable seeds purchased in England.
Tried celery and leeks in trays but they didn't germinate.

This is what we grew in a small greenhouse. Below horse manure, it works as heating greenhouses. When the street was +5 in the greenhouse was +15. And this year too cold, and even local in no hurry to sit down.

For seeds intended for UK I tend to bring the sowing dates forward by about a month.  Don't know why yours didn't work.  Probably more to do with the compost or other care items.

If you are on Facebook, follow agropunt they post on an almost daily basis when to sow, plant, prune and harvest. All in Catalan, but Google translates fairly well for us morons
