Hi, I'm new to the forum, so please be gentle ! We are in the process of buying a recently (Legally Built ) Finca near Mora d"Ebre and are looking for some advice. Planning permission for a " magatzem agricola sup maxima 50.00 m2 " The licence was issued in 2006 and is mostly built - just requires windows etc Will we be legally allowed to stay here for extended periods - not just short holidays ?  Also what is the status as far a getting services connected. I'm not expecting to get electricity but would like to be able to have water connected ( it is available nearby ) Would you recommend using a solicitor for the purchase and if so what would the rough cost be ?
