Convenient if you want to walk over, and use the other bridge, which was originally the railway.

Does anyone know if the old iron bridge will be closed to both traffic and pedestrians during the next 10 months?

I hope no one on the North side of Tortosa needs an ambulance in a hurry.

Have just read an article which says that pedestrians and emergency services will be able to cross in both directions but driving into the centre will be closed to all other traffic. It will still be possible to drive in the other direction, ie to Ferreries from the centre.
