I never voted when we entered the E.U. as I was a serving soldier on active service.  WWII was not the conflict to which I refered and as to people being able to afford private medical insurance, if they can't afford it then they are free to use the N.H.S. or just pay the going rates to speak with a G.P. at the time required.
