Bear in mind that this is happening even though Art 50 hasn't been invoked yet, it looks as though some Spanish authorities are as dim and vindictive as some Leave voters in the UK :(

l know each case differs from the next but in the last three weeks l have a new residency card ...The green sheet of paper is no more. my old one ran out years ago which was plastic with photo and is still accepted today at most places. l also got my blue medical card for catalonia and also a sheet of paper that acts as the old plastic EHlC that will give me free treatment in the rest of Spain.You need a form S1 from the UK. Apart from one photo copy short which was sorted l was treated with kindness and rapido. 8-) 8-)
