Absolutely zero, it's far to much of a big earner for them. Roquetes have a team of people looking at all the new satellite imges of the area to find illegal builds and extensions in the area, especially around Els Ports, and are hitting people hard and fast.

Recently, in Mora there have been checks carried out on properties there.
Measurements and details have been taken.
Then Base bills have been issued going back four years.
Some have been told that even by paying Base, it still does not make their properties legal. So beware.
