It's the 1st episode of the new Grand Tour (aka Top Gear) off Amazon Prime.

Step 1. Load the page (http://putlocker-hd.tv/watch-grand-tour-s01e01-online-free-putlocker/)
Step 2. Click on "Openload"
Step 3. Click on the Play icon on the video
Step 4. Close any Pop Up Windows to get back to the original putlocker webpage
Step 5. Click on the Play icon again in the video.
Step 6. it should start to play showing Jeremey Clarkson walking out of an office building (aka BBC Broadcasting House!)

Enjoy 60 minutes of classic Clarkson, Hammond and May!
