Can anyone advise about gun licences here in catalunya?

How would I go about acquiring a licence for shotgun or rifle. Are there tests involved? Do you have to be part of a club etc.

Then of course when you have  your weopon of choice , You will need a couple of very alert hunting dogs who are most active when it's raining  ::) ::) ::) Just like mine.

I also have 2 lazy dogs who's idea of hunting is looking under the cooker for scraps of food.
