Just curious, but shouldnt we have been advised that's the €14 was an introductory price to get us signed up if this is the case? If the DD is a set amount, I'm not sure why we haven't been advised of the increase in writing as per SEPA regulations. Failure to do so can lead to the OIN being withdrawn.
Also we need to know if there are any further increases on the way and when, otherwise this could end up as expensive as Eurona in a very short space of time.
