Catalan separatist with a slim majority in the autonomous parliament before it was dissolved by Madrid pending fresh elections, are hell-bent on independence from Spain. Foreigners living in Catalonia have a lot at stake in these elections, but no say in the outcome. At the very least someone should try asking them what they think, so I've set up a poll.
