Anyone know what the Spanish/Catalan term for Topside is. Find it difficult to find a decent joint for roasting.

Buy in the Morocan butchers, meat hung for longer, and they will do any cut you want...

In ROQUETES about 3 shops up from SPAR towards the traffic lights on the right hand side almost opposite the Mercat is a Moroccan butchers combined with fruit and beautiful veggies, he sells excellent beef, will cut to your requirements. :)

This shop is opposite the one I wrote about, it also sells meat, the shop on the other side of the road has a butchery dept at the very back so you have to walk through the shop to it. Both sell Halah meat, so animals slaughtered in a humane way, not under stress.
