what are the rules about fishing on the ebro for carp and catfish are they returned or do they have to be killed, i have read different stories,and do i need a licence and where do i apply,thanks dave

Hi!
You need a licence. you can get it for example in the hunting shop, left hand from the bridge that goes from ferreies to tortosa. I have heard, that when you are retired you can get the permission for less. Best wishes christian
