Make sure you use one that is API registered.
Rieres or Fincas Direct.

Hi Margaret,
Please keep me posted as I too am hoping to sell my apartment in Deltebre, if the price is right.
Last year some cowboy agent said to sell for 45,000.00€ even though I bought it for 115,000.00€ in 2004.
Mine is a rare very large apartment with terraces and out buildings.

Finques Zaragoza are who I used in Deltebre la Cava. A little English spoken but not much. They do know the market on the delta.

When buying, anyone have experience with ImmomaxEbre in Pauls, Gala Finques, Fincas Ebro or Rusticmar Ampolla? Thx
