Title: TVcatchup Post by Bigyin on Jun 3rd, 2018 at 2:46pm
Been having problems for about a week. The channel selection page comes up but when a channel is selected, it just cycles. Any thoughts ?

My Internet Provider, was EbroTek, merged with E-Ports of Tortosa.
I assume you have done a speed test to check capacity? Try switching off your firewall for a test. |

Update:-
I use Guifinet so no bandwidth issues (20 Mbps down and 7 up as I type right now). I could get to the "Channels" menu no problem but when a channel was selected, I just got a black screen and a spinner. However.... This morning, I checked that my firewall was off as you suggested but no difference. Then, instead of using the desktop Shortcut to access the site, I Googled "TVcatchup" and selected "BBC One" from the Google page and it came up straightaway. I then went to the "Channels" tab at the top of the TVcatchup page and can now select any channel with no problems. Weird !! Thanks for your help anyway. |
