I have guests in the first two weeks of September and they want to go to the top of Mont Cara. I know it was having some work done at the top a while back but is it all open again now and also how do you reach a cafe that is also up there somewhere?

Work was completed, several months ago.
New viewpoint, mirador.
Restaurant is near the top in ‘little’ village.
Not always open though.
Much cooler up there!
