The Olive Press reports that the AP7 Motorway is going to be made toll free between Tarragona and Alicante in 2020...although not sure how early in the year![ftp][/ftp]

January 2020.
Some are free already.

Cambrills is the cut off point. North of it you pay, but south is free. It seems to have kicked in on New Years Day.
