Lakinoa classy restaurant been open about 8 months now. Slightly pricey but the service and food is flawless. Xerta Cam Roger on the outskirts of Xerta (next to the Campsa petrol station). It's the second turning to Xerta from whichever direction you come from.. Two others to try in Tortosa I am surprised nobody has mentioned the Bar Sport for Tapas and basic food. It is clean, friendly and well priced. I eat there all the time and never had a bad exerience.
