Watching BBC iPlayer
Just found a solution to watching iPlayer over here. www.tellyabroad.com seems to do the trick. Works very well and in high definition over my 1MB Iberbanda connection. Also does other replay services...

NIE number in Tortosa
Looks like the goal posts have been moved again for applying for a NIE number at the police in Tortosa.
