Putting Log cabins or mobile homes on your land

hi does anyone know the law about putting a log cabin or mobile home on your land.  We are still going to work the land. Please help as we get all different advice from different people.

From what I can gather,if the building is not FIXED to a foundation or similar then (as far as I know)you will be alright.In other words,a log cabin could not be fixed to a concrete foundation but could be rested on stilts or something similar and a mobile home I presume could just be rested on the wheels etc just like a holiday home on a caravan park would be.There are so many rules and regs depending on where you are so I would check with the local ajuntament before,you could check with you estate agent but they more than likely would tell you what you want to hear

I too have had varying and conflicting advise from various people. I understand that small projects are decided by the ajuntament and larger projects are referred to town planning in Tortosa. 
I have employed a local architect. The Catalunya College of Architects in Tortosa has a list of registered architects.
Unfortunately i`m not having quite the same success with finding an honest and competent builder. If anyone can help please let me know
